Payments for all orders placed through CoffeeGrab are processed seamlessly and deposited directly into your bank account on a regular basis. You can view all transactions and payment summaries through the partner dashboard in real time.
CoffeeGrab is designed to work smoothly with your existing workflow. Orders placed through the app are sent directly to your device, and you can manage them alongside your in-house orders. If needed, we provide support to help you integrate our platform into your daily operations.
Absolutely! You have full control over your coffee menu on CoffeeGrab. You can easily update your offerings, prices, and availability through the partner dashboard at any time. While a cabinet ordering system for food is not available yet, we plan to implement it soon. In the meantime, you can offer food to customers when they pick up their coffee by using their name from the order.
No worries! You can update the availability of your items in real time through the partner dashboard. If an item runs out, simply mark it as unavailable, and it will no longer appear as an option for customers.
